1. General These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Kashmir Nosh. We are based in Jammu & Kashmir, India, and sell our products globally.

2. Products and Pricing

• We strive to display the colors, specifications, and prices of our products accurately. However, as our products (like Dry Fruits and Saffron) are natural, slight variations in color or texture may occur.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Orders and Payment

• We accept payments via e.g., Credit Cards, UPI, RazorPay , COD.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspicion of fraud. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Domestic (India): Delivered within 2-4 business days.

• International: Delivered within 5-7 business days. Delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control.

• If you purchase our products via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), their specific shipping and return policies apply.

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

• Perishable goods (like fresh produce) or opened food items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
